The 25th Hour Legal™ operates strictly as a private, independent practice optimization, technology routing, and corporate administrative platform. This website does not practice law, does not provide legal advice, and does not provide legal representation. Any and all access fees paid to the platform are solely for administrative concierge routing services. All legal retainers are executed separately and directly between the client and the independent network attorney.
3. Consultation Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a consultation appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your consultation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.
4. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Completing our intake form or scheduling a consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon execution of a written engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of The 25th Hour Legal™. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The 25th Hour Legal™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States.
8.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
9.Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
