Any financial arrangements, contingency fees, or billing structures regarding legal representation are strictly between you and the independent law firm you choose to retain.
Neither The 25th Hour Legal nor Connot Enterprises, Inc. ever receives, solicits, or accepts any portion of legal fees, contingency percentages, or settlement proceeds, and both operate solely as an independent digital advertising and administrative routing infrastructure.
3. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all associated routing services are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Connot Enterprises, Inc. makes no guarantees, covenants, representations, or warranties of any kind—express or implied—regarding the timeliness, availability, response time, quality, competence, or outcomes of any communication with independent attorneys.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Connot Enterprises, Inc., The 25th Hour Legal, or its officers, directors, employees, or technological agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost claims, expired statutes of limitations, or legal malpractice by independent counsel) arising out of or related to your use of this platform or interactions with third-party attorneys.
5. Mandatory Binding Individual Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

(a) Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, these Terms of Service, your privacy, TCPA communications, or data routing shall be resolved exclusively through final, confidential, and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Cherry County, Nebraska.
(b) CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND CONNOT ENTERPRISES, INC. AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate multiple claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.
(c) Waiver of Jury Trial: Both you and Connot Enterprises, Inc. expressly waive all constitutional and statutory rights to a trial by jury in any court of law.
Territory Scope & Jurisdictional Delineation
Clause 1: Municipal Territory Exclusive Access ($10,000/mo)
Grants exclusive routing for legal inquiries originating from localized municipal incidents, surface streets, arterials, and non-interstate vehicular collisions occurring within the designated ZIP code boundary.
Clause 2: Express Corridor & Freight Transit Exclusivity ($25,000/mo)
Grants exclusive priority routing for all vehicular, multi-party, and commercial motor vehicle (CMV / 18-wheeler) collision inquiries where the physical point of impact occurs along the designated highway or interstate right-of-way, including on/off-ramps and immediate transit junctions traversing the defined corridor.
Clause 3: Cross-Boundary Rule
Point of incident impact governs case assignment. Incidents occurring on interstate freight right-of-ways supersede underlying municipal ZIP boundaries and route exclusively to the contracted Corridor Partner. Municipal license holders seeking unrestricted freight corridor rights must secure a concurrent Commercial Corridor License.
All incident routing and geographic delineation are strictly governed by the verified physical Point of Impact (official law enforcement scene dispatch or scene GPS coordinates), independent of claimant residence or attorney office location.
