Attorney Partner Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Connot Enterprises, Inc. ("The 25th Hour Legal™") and any law firm or legal professional ("Partner Firm") who subscribes to our automated legal routing and territory management platform. By completing registration and payment, Partner Firm agrees to these terms in full.
2. Platform Description
The 25th Hour Legal™ operates strictly as a private, independent practice optimization, technology routing, and administrative platform. We do not practice law, provide legal advice, or represent clients. All subscription fees are paid exclusively for administrative concierge routing services and technology infrastructure access. All legal retainers are executed separately and directly between the Partner Firm and the consumer.
3. Subscription Terms
Monthly Retainer: As specified during territory selection ($10,000/month for standard metro districts; $25,000/month for Freight Corridors), billed automatically every 30 days via Stripe
Payment Methods: Credit Card or ACH Bank Transfer
Billing begins immediately upon territory activation
Partner Firm is responsible for maintaining valid payment information at all times
4. Exclusive Territory Assignment
Upon payment confirmation, Partner Firm is granted exclusive routing rights to their designated zip code(s), metropolitan areas, or highway milepost corridors and practice discipline combination. No other network participant will receive consumer leads matching the Partner Firm's locked territory during the active subscription period. Territory exclusivity is maintained only while the subscription remains current and in good standing.
5. Lead Delivery Standards
The 25th Hour Legal™ guarantees the following delivery standards:
Consumer leads are pre-screened for geographic and financial qualification before routing
Lead data is delivered exclusively to the matching Partner Firm within seconds of form submission
No lead is shared, duplicated, or routed to competing firms within the same territory
6. Ghost Routing Re-Allocation Policy
If a routed consumer lead is not claimed, contacted, or acted upon by the Partner Firm within 180 seconds of delivery, The 25th Hour Legal™ reserves the right to automatically recall and re-allocate that lead file to the administrative queue to safeguard network velocity and consumer experience. Partner Firms are strongly advised to maintain active monitoring of their partner dashboard to prevent file recall.
7. Data Replacement Guarantee
If an allocated lead file contains a disconnected number or fraudulent contact data, Partner Firm may reply with the tag "REPLACE" within 24 hours of delivery for automatic algorithmic credit replacement, subject to verification by Connot Enterprises administrative review.
8. Territory Suspension
Partner Firms may suspend their territory for up to 14 days per calendar year while retaining exclusive regional equity. To initiate a suspension, reply "PAUSE" to any network SMS notification. Suspensions exceeding 14 days may result in territory reallocation at the discretion of Connot Enterprises, Inc.
9. Fee Structure & Compliance
All subscription fees paid to The 25th Hour Legal™ are solely for administrative technology and media procurement services. This platform does not participate in contingency fee arrangements, case management, or legal fee splitting of any kind. This structure ensures 100% compliance with applicable state bar association regulatory frameworks governing attorney marketing and referral arrangements.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, territory assignment is immediately released and made available to other network participants. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
11. Indemnification & Hold Harmless:
Partner Firm agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connot Enterprises, Inc., The 25th Hour Legal™, and their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, damages, disciplinary proceedings, state bar inquiries, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Partner Firm's legal practice, client representation, or intake handling; (b) any act, omission, negligence, or malpractice by Partner Firm; (c) any dispute with a prospective or retained consumer; or (d) any alleged violation of state bar rules, advertising regulations, or professional conduct standards.
12. Limitation of Liability
The 25th Hour Legal™ is not liable for the outcome of any legal matter, consumer interaction, or case result following lead delivery. Our obligation is limited exclusively to the accurate routing and delivery of consumer intake data to the designated Partner Firm. Under no circumstances shall Connot Enterprises, Inc. be liable for any lost profits, lost cases, lost legal fees, or consequential damages. Connot Enterprises, Inc.'s total aggregate liability under any and all legal theories shall be strictly capped at the total subscription fees paid by Partner Firm in the preceding one (1) month.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Valentine, Nebraska.
