This policy governs how we collect, store, and protect information submitted by law firms and legal professionals through our B2B partner portal.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information from attorney partners:
Full legal name and bar license information
Law firm name and business address
Direct mobile number and email address
Requested territory zip codes, metropolitan areas, highway milepost corridors and practice disciplines
Payment and billing information processed through Stripe
3. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used exclusively to:
Verify attorney credentials and bar standing
Configure and maintain exclusive territory assignments
Process monthly subscription payments
Route qualified consumer leads to designated partner firms
Communicate network updates and operational alerts
4. Data Security
All partner data is encrypted in transit and at rest within our GoHighLevel CRM infrastructure. Access is restricted exclusively to Connot Enterprises administrative personnel. Attorney partner accounts are isolated using strict user-permission protocols — no attorney can access another firm's data, contacts, or pipeline activity.
5. Data Sharing
The 25th Hour Legal™ does not sell, share, or distribute attorney partner information to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Consumer lead data routed to your firm is provided exclusively for your use and may not be redistributed or resold.
6. Territory Data Protection
Exclusive territory assignments (zip codes, metropolitan areas, highway milepost corridors and practice disciplines) are stored securely and are not disclosed to other network participants. Territory inventory and availability are managed internally by Connot Enterprises, Inc.
7. Retention
Partner data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and for a period of 36 months following termination, in compliance with applicable business record retention requirements.
