The 25th Hour Legal™ is a private practice optimization, concierge vetting, and administrative technology routing platform operated by Connot Enterprises, Inc. The 25th Hour Legal™ is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice or representation of any kind.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Registration on this platform and participation in the Partner Network does not create an attorney-client relationship between Connot Enterprises, Inc. and any consumer or Partner Firm. All attorney-client relationships are formed exclusively and directly between the Partner Firm and the consumer following lead delivery.
3. Fee Splitting Disclaimer
The 25th Hour Legal™ does not participate in, facilitate, or receive any portion of legal fees, contingency arrangements, or case settlements. All subscription fees paid to this platform are exclusively for administrative technology infrastructure, practice optimization software, and media procurement services. This structure is designed to ensure full compliance with state bar association rules governing attorney referral arrangements and fee splitting prohibitions across Nebraska and all applicable United States jurisdictions.
4. As-Is' Lead Routing & No Conversion Guarantee:
All consumer lead routing is provided strictly on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Connot Enterprises, Inc. makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the truthfulness or accuracy of consumer-submitted information, prospective client retention, case viability, conversion rates, settlement outcomes, or financial return. Partner Firms bear sole and exclusive responsibility for conducting independent conflict checks, case evaluations, and ethical intake screening.
5. Ghost Routing Disclosure
Partner Firms acknowledge that consumer leads not claimed or acted upon within 180 seconds of delivery may be automatically recalled and reallocated by the system to maintain network velocity standards. The 25th Hour Legal™ is not liable for any business loss resulting from lead recall due to inaction within the specified threshold.
6. Conflict Shield Disclosure
The 1-Click Conflict Shield feature is provided as an operational convenience tool only. Partner Firms remain solely responsible for conducting thorough conflict-of-interest checks in accordance with their applicable state bar rules and professional responsibility obligations. Use of the Conflict Shield feature does not constitute legal compliance advice or a guarantee of conflict clearance.
7. Territory Exclusivity Disclaimer
Territory exclusivity is maintained only for the duration of an active, current subscription in good standing. Connot Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to reallocate territories in the event of subscription lapse, termination, or violation of these terms.
8. Third Party Services
This platform utilizes third-party services including GoHighLevel CRM, Stripe payment processing, and Twilio telephony infrastructure. Connot Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for service interruptions, data breaches, or performance issues originating from these third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connot Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in The 25th Hour Legal™ Partner Network, including but not limited to lost profits, lost cases, or reputational harm.
All participating law firms pay flat-rate subscription fees strictly for technology routing, advertising, and marketing infrastructure. Fees are not dependent upon, tied to, or split from legal fees, case recoveries, or case outcomes
